INSTRUCTIONS
I wanted the daisy to be the focal point of my card, so I used shimmery Paper Company cardstock in Seaglass as the accent paper, and embossed a piece of Recollections Precious Metals White with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.

I cut a small piece of Sookwang Be Creative 2-sided tape and pasted it to a 3x3 piece of white cardstock, then used the Spellbinders die to cut out the large daisy.  I used different media on each petal through a process of masking.  I gently cut through the top layer of the tape’s peel off backing, around the center of the flower, being careful not to cut too deeply into the petals.  Then I peeled the backing off of each petal one at a time to apply the different medias.  I saved the center section for last and applied the 4mm green glass beads.

Please hop over to my friend Linda's blog to see her wonderful creation!

Many Happy Scrappenings!

Stash Bash Card Challenge

Hello Fellow Scrappers!  I made 6 of these cards using my old stash of supplies as part of the Stash Bash challenge at Scrapbook Place.  The cards will be going to one of the members for her Cards-For-A-Cause challenge.  It's hard to see, but I applied Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter to the Sizzix black flourishes on the top half of the card and also to the Martha Stewart double loop punch edge under the black ribbon.  I used real 20ss Swarovski crystals on the swirls and 9ss crystals on the ribbon.  Let me know what you think.

Many Happy Scrappenings!
